Angelica works in a variety of roles across all three branches of EEC: conservation, waste & toxics, and clean energy & transportation.

Prior to joining EEC, Angelica was an Executive Fellow at the California Conservation Corps (CCC), the California Natural Resource Agency’s youth workforce development program. She supported legislative affairs, career development, and updated the department’s tribal consultation policy which outlines the CCC’s formal government-to-government process. Previously, Angelica was an Intake Counselor at the ACLU of Northern California and a Public Service Fellow, specializing in legislative advocacy, at the County of Riverside’s Executive Office. While at Berkeley, Angelica served as both a Legal Access Intern and University Representative for the JusticeCorps program at the Superior Court of Alameda County, helping to provide equal access to justice for those who cannot afford an attorney. She was also a research assistant at the Social Emotional Learning Implementation Project.

Angelica graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.A in Legal Studies and minors in both Education and Public Policy.
