Danielle Lynch specializes in social justice and equity policy, especially as it relates to conservation and energy issues such as parks, park access, workforce development, recycling, and energy efficiency. Danielle was instrumental to the passage of the California Drought, Water, Parks, Climate, Coastal Protection, and Outdoor Access for All Act, which will be placed on the June 2018 ballot. Prior to EEC, Danielle managed legislation at Conservation Strategy Group, and worked for the Silicon Valley Energy Watch Program, a joint project of the City of San Jose, Pacific Gas & Electric, and Ecology Action, where she helped measure, recommend, and implement energy efficiency projects at municipal buildings in the county and cities of Santa Clara.

Danielle graduated from the University of California at Santa Cruz with a Bachelor or Arts in Environmental Studies and Legal Studies.
