Kayla Robinson specializes in waste and clean energy policy. Kayla supports clients in both legislative and regulatory processes, including assisting in designing strategies and long-term campaigns to achieve their policy goals.
In 2019, Kayla co-authored a comprehensive report on California’s ocean-climate policies and “lessons learned” for governments across the world looking to learn from California as a model.
Prior to EEC, Kayla interned for California Assembly Speaker Anthony Rendon’s Press Office, where she specialized in collecting, tracking, and disseminating news content for the Assembly Democratic Caucus. She also has experience working for international nonprofits including Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids in Washington, D.C. and the Green Education Center in Yunnan, China. Kayla graduated with a B.A. in Sociology from Colgate University.
