Noam Elroi

ASSOCIATE

Noam specializes in waste and toxics policy and regulatory affairs at Environmental & Energy Consulting.

 

Before joining EEC, Noam worked for Senator John Laird. In this role, he engaged with community members and groups, conducted stakeholder meetings, completed detailed research, and ultimately helped resolve local issues on behalf of the Senator. Prior to this legislative work, he designed GIS tools for materials recovery manufacturer TOMRA. In University, he completed a senior thesis on SB 1383 and the state’s difficulties in creating organics recycling infrastructure.

 

Noam graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz with a B.A. in Environmental Studies and Economics (Magna Cum Laude).
