Cory Bullis specializes in clean transportation and energy policy. Cory has been instrumental in protecting California’s Low Carbon Fuel Standard, and has helped secure significant Cap-and-Trade auction revenues for multiple clean transportation programs. He also helps clients track and access funding through the budget process, as he intimately understands how to work budget issues through the legislature, and has cultivated strong relationships with budget committee staff in both the Senate and Assembly. Prior to EEC, he served as a legislative assistant at CSG, where he provided legislative and regulatory support to clients on conservation issues, including defining eligible strategies for preservation of open space under the Cap-and-Trade Auction Revenues 3-Year Investment Plan. He also served as a policy assistant at CleanWorld, an innovative clean technology company that specialized in renewable natural gas production through anaerobic digestion.

Cory graduated with an MPPA from California State University, Sacramento, and B.A.s in Communication and Linguistics from University of California, Davis.
