Dylan Jaff specializes in clean transportation and climate policy. He supports clients by working to develop and achieve their strategic policy goals through coalition building and research.
Prior to EEC, Dylan held various positions in the California State Senate. Most recently, he served as a Policy Consultant to Senator Ben Hueso, where he staffed the member on a variety of issues including natural resources, water, transportation and economic development. In this role, Dylan worked with stakeholders at the local, state, federal and international level to develop both short and long-term plans to address binational sewage flows in the Tijuana River Valley. Additionally, he worked with state partners to develop a plan to introduce sustainable transportation infrastructure, helping establish specifications for the utilization of single-use plastics into asphalt pavement production processes.
Dylan graduated with a dual B.A. in Economics and Political Science from San Diego State University. Dylan is also a proud alumnus of the California State University Sacramento Semester Program and currently serves as Treasurer for the program’s alumni association.
