Dan Howells


Dan specializes in climate, transportation, water, and natural resources issues. He helps clients with legislative strategy, outreach, communications and policy development.


Dan has worked on many issues including water, energy, and environmental for over 25 years with a variety of entities including the Pew Charitable Trusts, Clean Water Action, and Solar City. He has advocated at all levels of government from internationally at the climate change negotiations to federally on air pollution to state on water and energy issues. He has spent the last five years working in California on state issues. Dan has also worked on electoral campaigns from Florida to Alaska.


Dan graduated from Central Michigan University with a BA in Journalism and Political Science.
